Valentine's Day threw me off track a little bit but I still wanted to write about a stress less day. My day happens to be Sunday but obviously you can do a stress less day any day. My stress less Sunday this week was a bike ride. 20 miles to be exact. Now this might not seem like a stress relief to some people, but for me, I love bike riding. Especially the kind where I'm not in a hurry and I can take in my surroundings riding at my own pace. We live really close to a trail that goes through wooded areas, has a river running by it and is incredibly scenic. I was able to take in the beauty of the woods while clearing my mind of my worries. It was also really nice weather, in February! It was a great stress less Sunday for me!
