Stress Less Sunday

Every Sunday I like to do at least one thing in my day that I consider a stress relief. I have always been a huge believer that mental health is as important as physical health and I basically use this ritual as a way to reboot before starting the following week.

Now I know for many of us that this can be tricky, since we usually spend our free days away from work running errands, cleaning house, or any of the other list of chores that never seem to reach an end. But everyone should allow themselves some time, even 10 minutes, to do something that helps them clear their mind and relieve some tension.

That being said, this week I was fortunate enough to take a few hours to go down to Crystal Hot Springs. My husband and I are lucky enough to live relatively close to the Springs and today I was able to sneak away for the better part of the afternoon for a nice long soak. The Springs are open year round and its an amazing way to relax while actually doing your body good. Crystal Hot Springs actually have the highest mineral content in the U.S. so if you do live close I would highly suggest checking it out!   1. I love to unwind at crystals as well, especially after a long bike ride. Really anything to do with water relaxes me.
