Lately I've found that I love to do Yoga in the morning when I first get up. It warms up my body for the day and puts me in a healthy mind frame right from the get go. It also helps me drink water first thing in the morning. Typically the first thing I reach for is coffee, but when you start your day sweating you tend to go for water, which is really the best thing you can do for your body.
As far as Yoga goes, there are so many different types of practices you can do. Often if I can't unwind from a long day, I like to do a relaxation yoga practice. When I have a little more time to work out, I like to do a full on intense yoga video. In the morning, I tend to do a morning practice yoga video that gives me enough energy without being so intense as to cause injury to my body before it's fully warmed up.
