Makeup Revolution - I Heart Makeup Death By Chocolate Palette

Let's be honest, it was only a matter of time before I purchased this palette. I did a review on the Makeup Revolution Naked Chocolate Palette in a previous post and I loved it so much I thought I'd go for a second one. It's a miracle I haven't purchased all three really, not only because I love Makeup Revolution Palettes so much, but also because I have a thing for sets. That being said, the next one I went for wasn't even the original, it was the Death By Chocolate version, which features a ton of pretty cool toned shadows, perfect for Fall.



I love all the fun names, like Consume Me, One More Bar, Devour Me and  Love You To Death. Seriously love Makeup Revolutions packaging!


There are still quite a few pretty bronze-y warm colors in this palette, much like the Naked Chocolate Palette, but as you'll see from the swatches there are also a variety of pretty cool toned colors as well as some gorgeous mattes.




I love the cool toned grays and silvers in the last row, so perfect for fall. I am also loving the first shade of the middle row as a transition shade. I love that this palette also features a nice black and 2 highlight shades making it super versatile. As always, the palette is highly pigment and the shadows are super soft and blendable. Makeup Revolution seriously kills it at making the best affordable eye shadow palettes on the market!

    I hadn't seen these before you started mentioning them ! I completely agree, those colours are perfect for Autumn ( I'm really excited to be doing Autumn make up and outfits soon ) I love seeing all these reviews ! I keep spending loads of money because I can't seem to help picking up half the stuff you recommend hehe :)

    Chocolate palette delight!! I like the middle grouping for everyday and the fabulous 3rd group with the silver tones for night! These are some of my favorite shadows you've showcased so far! I hope your week is going awesome you gorgeous woman!! xo

      This is definitely my favorite palette that I've purchased by far, I've used it pretty much everyday since I've gotten it (which is a shame since you know how many palettes I own haha!)     This palette is absolutely GORGEOUS, I love the colours! I've recently tried out some of their products and I've fallen in love with them, so affordable and good quality. I have one of their eyeshadow palettes, I've done a couple of blog posts about it, but I reallllllllly need to get my hands on this one!!

    All I have to say is wow!! I never expected the colours to be so pigmented but it seems like they are all great and there is not a single miss. I'm dying to try this palette out now! Great review and beautiful swatches!

    When I first saw this post I thought, "that looks delicious!" and then I realized I was looking at makeup! I think the colors in this palette are all gorgeous, wearable shades. I actually ended up buying a Maybelline "Blush Nudes" palette a couple of weeks ago, however this one looks so enticing I might have to give it a try!

      Hahaha, I kind of wish there was a chocolate bar that looked that good! I tend to go for pink and nude tones so this palette adds a nice little kick into my collection, it's so good and the quality for the price is fantastic!     I feel like we need to get together and create a palette called Rainbow. I would create colors based on your amazingness and you could name them. We could name one Hot Damn, Yes Ma'am. I'm soo glad they began selling them in the states and I asked the Ultra sales woman why they're products are soo cheap and she informed me because it's like the UK nyx. To me, their products are way better than nyx.

      Yes! Their products are so good! I'm glad they are being sold in the U.S. as well, hopefully as they get more popular they'll bring over more and more items because the brand has so many good ones!
