I never get enough fiber in my diet so this was such a great thing to add in to my smoothies and balance out that full feeling! I so wish I could love nuts more but I just can't hahaha. They are a great snack and I try to eat them but they aren't my favorite. I usually do carrots and hummus or something like that.
