We have a family cabin about 2 hours from where we live. We spent Saturday and Sunday up there this last weekend for father's day and it was so nice to get away. Since it's literally in the middle of nowhere, there's no reception, and although I love my social media as much as the next person, it was so nice to have actual conversations with the people around me. It was nice to spend quality time with the people I love. We fished, 4-wheeled, roasted marshmallows and had great conversations. It was an amazing weekend that I definitely want to try to do more often.
I hope you guys had an awesome weekend, let me know what you did!!!

DeleteWhat pretty pictures! I think it's a great idea to have a vacation or just sometime with loved ones without technology. It's amazing how much we miss by being glued to our "devices" all the time.
